It’s no secret that Idaho is the place to be! With inbound growth at 63%, it’s safe to say that we have been found. I wanted to write this article to share some of the reasons why people are specifically flocking to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
There I was living with my young family in a rented 4-level split house in a suburb of Denver, Colorado. I realized that I would never be able to afford a house to fit our needs because the area was exploding with growth.
